48-5908. Election of board; eligible voters; recall A. Elections for members of the district board of directors shall be held without party designations of the candidates and shall comply with the provisions of law relating to the general election of county officers. B. All registered voters who reside in the district are eligible to vote in the election for members of the district board of directors. C. A member of the district board of directors is subject to recall as provided in title 19, chapter 2.
