48-5909. General plan Within sixty days after formation of the district, the governing board shall adopt a district general plan that shall contain at least that information prescribed by section 48-5902 and that shall be substantially similar to the preliminary general plan for the district. The district general plan may be amended only by the district board of directors at a public meeting of the board.
