48-5914. Annual report A. The district shall issue an annual report that is consistent with section 35-501 and that includes: 1. A financial statement that conforms with generally accepted accounting procedures and that includes district revenues, expenditures and indebtedness. 2. A description of the activities of the district related to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of district facilities. B. The district shall make copies of the annual report available for public inspection and shall furnish copies at no cost to persons within the district on request.
