48-832. Procedure to obtain exemption A fire fighter employed by a fire district, to take advantage of the exemption, shall file with the clerk of the board of supervisors of the county in which the district is located a certificate, signed by the chief officer and attested by the secretary of the district, which shall set forth the facts entitling the person named therein to the exemption.
