49-1018. Corrective action; enforcement; priority The director shall give priority in undertaking state-led corrective actions pursuant to section 49-1017 to releases of regulated substances from underground storage tanks that pose the greatest threat to human health and the environment and shall consider the degree to which financial assistance from the department is necessary to ensure that corrective actions will be conducted.
