49-1057. Intergovernmental agreements The department may enter into intergovernmental agreements with Indian tribes pursuant to title 11, chapter 7, article 3 to extend to the tribes the partial coverage provided by this article and the responsibilities imposed by articles 1 and 2 of this chapter.
