Evaluation criteria for water conservation programs and projects from the water conservation grant fund; procedures The authority shall determine the order and priority of water conservation programs and projects proposed to be funded in whole or in part with monies from the water conservation grant fund based on the following, as applicable: 1. The extent to which the water conservation program or project achieves one or more of the results prescribed by section 49-1332, subsection A. 2. The costs and benefits of the water conservation program or project, including environmental costs and benefits. 3.
