49-358. Water system compliance assistance program A. The department shall establish a water system compliance assistance program to assist water systems in complying with standards imposed by federal and state law, rules and regulations. The program shall provide information and technical assistance to water systems. B. The department may contract with a nonprofit organization which provides on-site technical assistance to small water systems and which is dedicated to preserving and enhancing water quality in Arizona.
