49-441. Suspension and revocation of conditional order If the terms and conditions of the conditional order are being violated, the director may seek to revoke or suspend the conditional order granted. In such event, the director shall serve notice of such violation on the holder of the conditional order in the manner provided in section 49-444. The notice shall specify the nature of such violation and the date on which a hearing will be held to determine if such a violation has occurred and whether the conditional order should be suspended or revoked. The date of the hearing shall be within thirty days from the date the notice is served upon the holder of the conditional order.
