49-507. Technical assistance to small businesses Not later than August 15, 1993, after reasonable notice and a public hearing, the control officer shall submit to the director a plan that establishes a small business stationary source technical and compliance assistance program consistent with and equivalent to that required under section 507 of the clean air act.
