49-549. False certificates A. A person shall not make, issue or knowingly use any imitation or counterfeit of an official certificate of inspection or a certificate of waiver. B. A person shall not issue or cause or permit to be issued for any vehicle any certificate of inspection or a certificate of waiver knowing it to be fictitious or issued for another vehicle or issued without an inspection having been made.
