49-572. Joint use of clean burning or alternative fuel refueling stations To the extent practicable, a state agency or political subdivision that operates a clean burning fuel or alternative fuel refueling station shall permit the refueling of vehicles owned or operated by any state agency or political subdivision at the refueling station.
