49-592. Appeals A. Any major employer or resident of the political subdivision may appeal a decision of the task force to authorize or withhold variances or a decision of the task force regarding enforcement or other provisions of this article. B. The board shall hear and decide the appeal. If the decision is to disapprove the plan, the plan shall be returned to the task force for review and revision.
