49-702. Authorization to accept funds or grants The department, counties and incorporated cities and towns may accept and expend any funds granted to them or otherwise made available by the federal government, any political subdivision of this state, any agency or branch of the federal or state government, or any private agency in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
