5-1401. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Advisory board' means the advisory board of the authority. 2. ' Authority' means the southern Arizona sports, tourism and film authority. 3. ' Board' means the board of directors of the authority. 4. ' Indian tribe' means any organized Indian nation, tribe, band or community that is recognized as an Indian tribe by the United States department of the interior.
