§ 5.410

5-410. Violation; classification Every licensee and every officer, agent or employee of the licensee and every other person or corporation who knowingly violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this article. Any person who knowingly files a false report under this article is guilty of a class 6 felony.
