5-869. Payment of bonds A. The bonds shall be paid solely from monies in the debt service account. B. Neither the members of the board nor any person executing the bonds is personally liable for the payment of the bonds. C. The treasurer or fiscal agent of the authority shall cancel all bonds when paid.
