Illegal use of name; classification No person shall use the name ' building and loan company' , ' building and loan association' , ' savings and loan company' , or ' savings and loan association' unless complying with the provisions of this title. A person using a name embodying any combination of the words ' building and loan association' or ' savings and loan association' , or acting as agent for that person, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, unless complying with the provisions of this title.
