6-714. Advertising The rules and regulations of the deputy director shall include standards and criteria for proper advertising and may include specific prohibitions as to improper advertising by a licensee. A debt management company's advertising, communication and sales materials shall contain the license name or other assumed name or trade name that is submitted to the department pursuant to section 6-117.
