8-105.03. Adoption information from local community organizations The division shall establish and administer a child placement program that uses community organizations to inform communities about the adoption process and the need for adoptive homes. For purposes of this section, religiously affiliated organizations may qualify as community organizations provided that no state funding may be used for religious purposes.
