8-548.05. Visitation, inspection and supervision Any requirements for visitation, inspection or supervision of children, homes, institutions or other agencies in another party state which may apply under sections 8-501, 8-503 through 8-520 and 8-813 shall be deemed to be met if performed pursuant to an agreement entered into by appropriate officers or agencies of this state as contemplated by paragraph (b) of article V of the interstate compact on the placement of children.
