8-387. Notice of terms and conditions of release On the request of the victim, the juvenile probation department or the department of juvenile corrections shall provide a copy of the terms and conditions of release. The copy of the terms and conditions of release may be provided to the victim in an electronic form, pamphlet, information card or other material.
