9-500.03. Maintenance and protection of parks; park rangers A. A city or town may appoint park rangers. B. A park ranger may be empowered to issue citations for violations of ordinances and park rules and regulations. C. Nothing in this section shall be construed to grant park rangers other powers or benefits to which peace officers are entitled.
