§ 9.406

9-406. Sale, lease or conveyance of land by city or town incorporated pursuant to congressional enabling legislation A city or town which has incorporated under the laws of the state of Arizona pursuant to enabling legislation of the Congress of the United States and which upon incorporation acquires ownership of land in excess of one section from the United States may provide by ordinance for the manner of disposition, sale, lease or conveyance of land owned by such city or town.
