Registration for elections In elections where the question of issuing bonds of the municipal corporation is submitted to the qualified electors, the governing body by resolution may require a registration of all persons to vote at the elections, who possess such qualifications. The resolution shall be passed at least thirty days prior to holding the election, and the registration shall begin at least thirty days before and close ten days prior to holding the election.
