9-953. Fire districts or departments; certification by the office of the state fire marshal The office of the state fire marshal shall certify the existence of fire districts organized under title 48 and fire departments of incorporated cities and towns. The office of the state fire marshal shall provide this information annually to the state treasurer pursuant to section 9-951, subsection B.
