9-965. Termination of benefits If a beneficiary is declared to be an incapacitated person, pursuant to section 14-5101, or disobeys any requirement of this article, the board may order his pension or allowance discontinued. Thereafter his benefit is payable to his immediate dependents or to his guardian.
