Section 1-2-109 - Adoption of Code not to validate invalid, unauthorized, or defective rules and regulations

The adoption of this Code shall not validate or authorize a rule or regulation, cure any defect in a rule or regulation, or validate, authorize, or cure any section or part of a section of any rule or regulation, which rule or regulation or section or part of a section of the rule or regulation is invalid, unauthorized, or defective.Acts 1987, No. 267, § 1.
