Section 1-2-114 - References to Code titles, subtitles, chapters, etc

(a) Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Code to titles, subtitles, chapters, subchapters, or sections shall mean titles, subtitles, chapters, subchapters, or sections of this Code.(b) Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference in this Code or in any law of this state to another provision of this Code or the law of this state shall mean and be construed to refer to the Code or the law as it now or hereafter exists.Acts 1987, No. 267, § 1.
