Section 1-5-103 - State office closings by proclamation

Nothing in §§ 1-5-101, 1-5-102, and 1-5-104 shall be construed as prohibiting the Governor from establishing by executive proclamation additional days when state offices shall be closed in observance of special events, or for other reasons at his or her discretion.Acts 1975, No. 976, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 69-112.1.
