Section 10-3-207 - Ad hoc subcommittees and citizen advisory panels

The various subject matter interim committees may establish ad hoc subcommittees and citizen advisory panels consisting of state and local agency officials and employees and interested citizens, but state and local agency officials and employees and private citizens shall not be entitled to any per diem or mileage for attending meetings of an advisory panel.Acts 1973, No. 90, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 4-1009.
