Section 10-3-316 - Charitable, Penal and Correctional Institutions Subcommittee

The cochairs of the Legislative Council shall appoint a member of the Senate Committee on City, County, and Local Affairs and a member of the House Committee on City, County, and Local Affairs to serve as members of the Charitable, Penal and Correctional Institutions Subcommittee of the Legislative Council.Acts 1997, No. 1285, § 24.
