Section 10-3-401 - Creation

There is established a committee of the General Assembly to be known as the 'Legislative Joint Auditing Committee'. It is the intention of the General Assembly that this shall be a joint interim committee of the General Assembly.Acts 1955, No. 105, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 4-701.
