Section 10-3-410 - Abolishment or consolidation of agencies

The Legislative Joint Auditing Committee is authorized to recommend to the General Assembly the abolishment or consolidation of any entity of the state which the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee deems appropriate as a result of its review of audits performed by its staff.Acts 1981, No. 949, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 4-718; 2005, No. 2201, § 4.
