There is established a joint interim committee of the General Assembly, consisting of the chair and vice chair of the respective efficiency committees of the House of Representatives and Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives or his or her designee, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, which committee shall be designated and be known as the 'Joint Committee on Legislative Printing Requirements and Specifications'.Acts 1967, No. 508, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 4-901; Acts 2009, No. 84, § 2.
