As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, 'hospital' means an institution that has been licensed, certified, or approved by the Division of Health Facilities Services of the Department of Health, as a hospital.Acts 1941, No. 391, § 2; 1971, No. 35, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 81-1103.
