Section 11-10-401 - Period

Except as provided in § 11-10-403, any employing unit that is or becomes an employer subject to this chapter within any calendar year shall be subject to this chapter during the whole of the calendar year.Acts 1941, No. 391, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 81-1111.
