Section 11-10-606 - Effective date and duration of plan

(a) A plan shall be effective on the date specified in the plan or on a date mutually agreed upon by the employer and the Director of the Division of Workforce Services but no earlier than the date of approval of the plan by the director.(b)(1) It shall expire at the end of the twelfth full calendar month after its effective date or on the date specified in the plan if the date is earlier, provided that the plan is not previously revoked by the director.(2) If a plan is revoked by the director, it shall terminate on the date specified in the director's written order of revocation.
