Section 11-3-206 - Copies of employee background checks

Upon the request of an employee or an applicant for employment, an employer that receives background check information regarding an employee or an applicant for employment shall provide a copy of the background check information to the employee or applicant for employment.Added by Act 2017, No. 1028,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
