This subchapter does not apply to the construction, reconstruction, operation, and maintenance of energized overhead electrical lines and their supporting structures and associated equipment by an authorized electrical person nor to any authorized person engaged in the construction, reconstruction, operation, and maintenance of overhead electrical or communications circuits or conductors and their supporting and associated equipment of rail transportation systems, electrical transmission or distribution systems, or communications systems.Acts 1963, No. 148, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 81-1403; Acts 1989, No. 752, § 4.
