It shall be and is made the duty of the prosecuting attorney in the district wherein the State Mine Inspector shall arrest or cause to be arrested any person violating the provisions of the mining laws of the state to at once take charge of and prosecute the person with reasonable diligence.Acts 1917, No. 130, § 7, p. 683; C. & M.
