Section 11-7-407 - Fire bosses, mine foremen, etc

Any person who shall forge, alter, or counterfeit a certificate, shall secure or attempt to secure employment by use of the forged, altered, or counterfeited certificate, or shall falsely represent that he is a holder of a certificate regularly issued him shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Acts 1919, No. 486, § 6; C. & M.
