Pursuant to its rulemaking authority, the Workers' Compensation Commission shall be empowered to enact medical diagnostic and treatment guidelines regarding occupational carpal tunnel syndrome upon the joint recommendation of the Arkansas chapter of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations and the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce.Acts 2001, No. 1281, § 2.
