The State Crime Laboratory or any other aggrieved individual or agency may institute an action in a court of competent jurisdiction against any person, agency, or organization to enjoin any criminal or noncriminal justice agency, organization, or individual from violating the provisions of this subchapter or to compel the agency, organization, or person to comply with the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1997, No. 737, § 17.
