(a) There is hereby established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'DNA Detection Fund'.(b) This fund shall consist of special revenues collected pursuant to § 12-12-1118, there to be used by the State Crime Laboratory for the administration of this subchapter.Acts 1997, No. 737, § 19.
