(a) Criminal history information or requestor information collected and maintained under this subchapter is not considered public record information for dissemination within the intent and meaning of the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq.(b) A fee for providing criminal history information shall be charged for each criminal history information requested.Acts 2003 (1st Ex.
