Section 12-12-213 - Invasion of privacy prohibited

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to give authority to any person, agency, corporation, or other legal entity to invade the privacy of any citizen as defined by the General Assembly or the courts other than to the extent provided in this subchapter.Acts 1971, No. 286, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 5-1108.
