Section 12-12-601 - Penalty

Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined in any amount not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).Acts 1949, No. 258, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 42-503; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 76.
