Section 12-12-702 - Warnings

Prior to administering any psychological evaluation tests, the person to whom the test is administered must be warned prior to any questioning that:(1) He or she has a right to remain silent;(2) Anything he or she says can be used against him or her in a court of law;(3) He or she has the right to the presence of an attorney; and(4) If he or she cannot afford an attorney, one may be appointed for him or her prior to his or her questioning if he or she so desires.Acts 1975, No. 342, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 42-902.
