(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Sex and Child Offenders Registration Fund'.(b)(1) This fund shall consist of special revenues collected pursuant to § 12-12-910, there to be used equally by the Arkansas Crime Information Center and the Division of Correction for the administration of this subchapter.(2) Any unexpended balance of this fund shall be carried forward and made available for the same purpose.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 715, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1997, No. 989, § 10; 1999, No. 1353, § 7; 2003 (2nd Ex.
